Exclusive Search Mandate
On behalf of our client a global player in the specialty chemicals business we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager responsible for the Business Units Tin Intermediates PVC within the EMEA region. Due to an internal promotion were looking for a replacement.
Tasks
- Responsible for planning and managing sales processes in order to achieve commercial targets
- Relationship management of existing customers as well as acquisition of new clients with focus on profitable and sustainable growth
- Establishment of longterm relationships across various hierarchic and functional levels
- Identification of customer needs and development of tailormade solutions
- Collaboration with various internal departments to define growth initiatives and business development strategies for the EMEA region
- Conduct market customer and competitor analyses including participation in technical and commercial conferences
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least 4 years Sales Management experience in the chemical industry preferably with a focus on PVC
- Used to communicate across various hierarchic and functional levels strong negotiation skills
- Willing for intensive travelling (approx. 60%) within the EMEA region
- Business fluent in English (verbal and oral)
