Location Powai (Mumbai)
Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven experience needed in the role of operational test manager
Setting up test organization in projects (test team scheduling communication reporting etc.)
Taking responsibility for design of test cases and creates traceability records from test cases back to requirements
Taking responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities.
- Coordinating the execution of these activities and specifies requirements for environment data resources and tools
Ensuring effective implementation of test standards processes & tools
Aligning results with release management
Taking responsibility for controlling and reporting (e.g. status and defects
- Proven experience as Senior TM with leading the test approach for large projects
- With test managers reporting to Senior TM
- With a span of control regarding overall test roles (TETAETM) in the realm: >15
- Proven experience on working with distributed teams (onsite nearshore offshore)
- Experience with Financial Services preferably Insurance
- ISTQB Test Manager Advanced Level (certified or equivalent)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Initial knowledge transfer and area of responsibility
supporting release coordination in the domain
supporting the transition of testrelated knowledge
- After initial knowledge transfer additional areas of responsibility to be added:
- Supporting assignment of operational test roles into new asset teams
- Supporting coaching and guidance of operational testing staff (TE TAE TM) working in asset teams in the domain
- Supporting test improvement initiatives in the domain
Technical Skilla:
- Experience with tech stacks: mainframe new tech stack J2EE SAP etc. (any)
- Experience with Jira/Confluence ALM (proficiently)
- Experience with Test Automation (strategy & concept)
- Experience with test data and test environment management (proficiently)
- Experience with test improvement methodologies (TMMi TMAP etc.)

Their goal is to leverage technology to improve efficiency develop digital insurance products and enhance customer service.

Role Description
Supervisor for IT Compliance Specialist and IT Compliance Generalist
Develops a coherent view on Compliance topics / Compliance risks within ET&S India.
Ensures proper knowledge level of compliance for employees by setting obligatory trainings
Develops reports to ensure outsourcing requirements (based on group standards and in close collaboration with group oversight)
Develops local compliance standards based on Group standards and local legal requirements
Ensure compliance to all applicable local and German laws regulations and the policies guidelines work instructions adopted by the Company.
Ensure timely assessment of process areas and discuss the outcomes with Reporting Manager Ensure closure of any actionable within agreed timelines
Assist the Reporting Manager / Risk & Compliance team as and when advised by the Reporting Manager
Develop a training plan for the team members and for self. Ensure completion of the plan as per agreed timelines
