About Suplift:

Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers.


Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs provide product information and address any inquiries or concerns.

2. Sales Generation: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and lead generation. Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge: Acquiring indepth knowledge of the products or services being offered in order to effectively demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.

4. Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations product demonstrations and sales pitches to persuade clients and secure sales. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

5. Market Research: Keeping uptodate with industry trends competitors and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate sales records preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

7. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements handling objections and closing sales deals.

8. Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing customer service and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide valuable feedback.

9. Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

10. Performs all tasks requested by the direct manager .


Requirements:

1. A bachelors degree in business administration business management marketing or related field is preferred.

2. Proven sales experience.

3. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

6. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

7. Effective communication skills.

8. Exceptional customer service skills.



Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Project Operations Manager or similar role. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Excellent communication skills. Leadership ability. Outstanding organizational skills.
