Looking for a passionate and highly motivated professional to serve as the General Manager for the company. GM will use his or her experience to help manage the organizational strategy budget and associate experience of the Technology Operations department.
This role reports to the Group General Manager (GGM) and CEO. In this role you will be closely working with the GM s of the Technology Cluster on potential opportunities and looking to add additional products or services to the portfolio of the company.
Summary of the Job Role:
- Strong track record leading a sales and delivery team ensures continuous improvement of teams.
- Serves as a leader for any ad hoc business requests. Leads special projects of significant importance for the business unit.
- Identifies prioritizes and leads efforts to improve processes
- Responsible for directing resource allocation in the support of longterm projections. Collaborates with key business partners may provide input to the internal communications strategy at the team level within a larger business unit.
Relationships:
Internal: Maintaining good relationships with internal business teams/ of other technology cluster companies and support functions.
External: Maintaining good relationships with Customers and Partners.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience:
- Qualification B E in Electronics & Communication and relevant experience of 10 years.
- Arabic speaking would be a plus.
Skills / Knowledge:
- Should have done business of over US$.15M and above in his previous companies.
- Should be able to add additional Agencies or business avenues to increase TOP and Bottom line.
- Knowledge of ELV/IT systems
- Able to handle 50 staff.
- A Team Leader
- Sound communication both verbal and written.
