الوصف الوظيفي

The Sales Directors job is to lead and drive the companys sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. This role involves developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. The Sales Director will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and the achievement of company goals.

Being part of a dynamic and growthoriented team the Sales Director must have strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and seizing sales opportunities as well as the ability to manage and inspire a highperforming sales team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve the company s revenue goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Representing the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote the brand and generate new leads.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
