Mechanical Engineering - Senior

Job Scope:

• To follow up with the assembly build status for the manufacturing and assembly of PCB
• To manage Mechanical and manufacturing tasks with action tracker and project status update
• To review Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for PCB and Mechanical designs.
• To conduct DFM checks tolerance analysis calculating mechanical force analysis.
• To support development and testing for PCB and system Shock& Vibration and Thermal Cycles.

Requirement:

• BSC degree Mechanical Electrical or Manufacturing Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Understanding of manufacturing process. Should have strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly of PCB.
• Program management Skills to manage Mechanical and manufacturing tasks
• Familiarity and previous work experience with EMS
• Strong understanding on Design for manufacturability for PCB and Mechanical designs.
• DFM checks tolerance analysis calculating mechanical force analysis.
• knowledge on development and testing for PCB and system Shock & Vibration and Thermal Cycles.
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English ( speaking and writing)
• Knowledge to use Microsoft Project Manager
• Knowledge to use Creo/Solidworks tool or other 3D CAD tools.
