Our client a leading Berlinbased SaaS company is hiring an Interim Tech Talent Acquistion Lead.
In this role you will oversee the endtoend recruitment process for their tech roles. You will be responsible for leading a small team of recruiters developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Tasks
Team Leadership:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of tech recruiters providing guidance and support to achieve hiring goals.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the recruitment team ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Recruitment Strategy:
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define role requirements.
Sourcing and Recruiting:
- Oversee sourcing strategies including job boards social media networking and recruitment events.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain a robust network of potential candidates.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand future hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of tech roles and the tech industry landscape.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
