We help them to become more efficient and provide support as they adapt to the challenges posed by a rapidly changing business environment Sub-Business Unit Overview: Digital & Innovation KPMG’s Digital & Innovation unit helps our clients develop and accelerate their approach to digital transformation. More than that, D&I helps clients manage the many types of risk that come with new technology, including cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and others. Most important, D&I offers a strategic advantage in a world defined and often led by technology. Role Overview Supports the Partner in building and leading the Digital & Innovation practice. Demonstrates strong client management skills, overseeing projects and leads business development activities Develops and adapts business strategy in response to changing client demands and external trends. May lead team practice decisions including People Management. Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Manages specific business unit/function/service line portfolio or technical area and may lead practice management area within service line, i.e. P&C, financial management or market segment. • Leads/oversees multiple and concurrent projects, with the contribution of cross divisional/group specialists, as appropriate • Develops and maintains a credible and influential profile in this specialist area and adapts business strategy in response to changing client demands and external trends • Leads Business Development activities for assigned client portfolio enabled by strong understanding of client requirements • Develops revenue growth plans for both existing and new clients • Supports the team in the delivering phase • Oversees commercial and contractual aspects of an engagement (e g fee proposals, budget, fee collection) and ensures these are managed effectively to achieve expected levels of quality and profitability • Leads negotiations with external parties/clients • Builds and maintains strategic relationships with key senior/board members of existing or new clients • Networks with clients and relevant professional bodies and associations • Shares deep knowledge of current market and competitor trends and activities • Identifies development needs of team and provides coaching, mentoring and stretch assignments to challenge, develop and retain our most talented colleagues • Builds constructive working relationships across different teams and
