Lead the planning design and execution of projects related to automation and other logistic improvements.
Tasks
- Define and implement material flowsspace layouts and technology upgrades for our logistics and inhouse production facilities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements develop project scopes and establish project timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects ensuring alignment with company goals and budget constraints.
- Manage project budgets track expenses and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices providing consultation to teams as needed.
- Identify and resolve project issues risks and bottlenecks in a timely manner to maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with external vendors contractors and suppliers as necessary for project implementation.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/ Consultant/ Analyst preferably in the field of automation logistics or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software as a user (AutoCAD SolidWorks SketchUp etc.) and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies such as automated warehousing conveyor systems and robotics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with budgeting cost estimation and financial analysis.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- xcellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to production facilities is a plus.
