1. Managing master data including creation updates and deletion.
2. Managing users and user roles.
3. Provide quality assurance of imported data working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
4. Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
5. Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
6. Helping develop reports and analysis.
7. Managing and designing the reporting environment including data sources security and metadata.
8. Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
9. Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
10. Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
11. Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
12. Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
13. Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
14. Training endusers on new reports and dashboards.
15. Providing technical expertise in data storage structures data mining and data cleansing.

• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with complex interrelated datasets
• Familiarity with visualization tools. We use Looker but experience with Tableau PowerBI R Shiny MatPlotLib or any other similar tool or library is sufficient.
• Ability to trace data anomalies from dashboards back to the precipitating log events
• Constant curiosity about the problems to be solved (not just the technical execution)

• Key Responsibilities: Support repeatable analyses that drive insights into how our products are being used and how they affect our healthcare customers goals.
• Deliver adhoc analyses to support our Delivery team and client satisfaction.
• Support our analytics products including troubleshooting queries supporting dashboard rollouts to new clients and developing new analytic features.
• Contribute to the health of our analytics platform (e.g. deployments and documentation)

• What We re Looking For: 03months years experience in a datacentric role (analytics science engineering)
• Significant experience leveraging SQL to answer applied business analytics questions
• Some experience using modern data visualization tools (Looker preferred)
• A love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the details
• Deep curiosity and a passion for realworld impact
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
