Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows.
• Building reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
• candidate must have Team lead skill
• Implementing and managing the state of the application using Redux.
• Writing application interface code using JavaScript following workflows and design patterns.
• Creating a database schema that represents and supports business processes.
• Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows.
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to solve problems and build the best possible user experience.
• Understanding and implementing security and data protection.
• Building RESTful APIs integrating with various data sources.
• Utilizing version control tools such as Git for code management and collaboration.
• Staying uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in MERN stack development and web technologies.
• Conducting performance and security testing and troubleshooting across the application.
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a MERN stack developer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of the MERN stack development environment.
• Proficiency with Node.js and its frameworks such as Express.
• Expertise in frontend technologies including React HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating them into web applications.
• Strong understanding of version control using Git.
• Ability to write effective and scalable code.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of web application security principles.
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced agile environment.
• Keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies.
