Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Manager to join our team. This remote role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with a strong background in human resources management.
SFPs P&C Manager helps shape and foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement diversity equity inclusion and belonging. Reporting to the P&C Director the P&C Manager is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of the employee experience by managing the successful administration of the P&C department and ensuring positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities/Activities:
Culture And Employee Experience
Work closely with the P&C Director to:
Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational values
Lead initiatives promoting employee wellbeing recognition and community spirit
Coordinate employee engagement events activities and recognition programs
Enhance new hire integration and engagement through innovative onboarding programs
Support performance management and professional development initiatives
Exemplify and promote organizational culture and values
Employee Administration
Support all aspects of recruitment and separations
ensure that job descriptions are wellwritten
coordinate recruiting efforts (i.e. job postings candidate relations)
support managers with recruitment and interviews ensuring best practices
prepare salary benchmarking analyses and job offer letters
conduct preemployment activities (e.g. background and reference screening)
coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and offboarding
Manage 3rdparty administration of payroll and benefits
address employee concerns and inquiries
oversee time off requests and ensure proper/timely entry with payroll
maintain employee databases for the accuracy of employee information
Policy & Procedures
Contribute to the development of and maintain policies and an employee handbook
Coordinate with PEO/EOR providers to ensure policies comply with employment regulations
Support the implementation enforcement and documentation of policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Adhoc & Special Projects
Contribute to major P&C projects and goals such as
identify & implement 3rdparty P&C providers
drive enhancements to internal systems
develop annual goals and objectives
Responsible for maintaining P&C and employee files
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
5 years of experience in Human Resources administration with a related Bachelors degree or 8 years of equivalent experience without a related degree.
Proficiency in HRIS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Creative thinker who is passionate about creating positive work environments
Successful at multitasking and prioritizing work
Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Ability to work within a framework of responsibilities objectives and deadlines without inperson supervision
Ability to work comfortably and effectively in a fully remote environment
Strong knowledge of productivity software and platforms (i.e. Google Suite Microsoft Word and Excel and email) ability to learn and adapt to new technology with ease
Possesses global cultural awareness and excels in working and communicating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Scheduling flexibility to facilitate interactions with globally dispersed colleagues
Excellent professional communication skills in English (speaking reading and writing)
Ability to travel up to 9 days per year including international destinations
Additional/Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
Nonprofit experience
HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP)
Experience in global HR management
Experience with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Global Employer of Record (EOR) providers
Bilingual communication skills

Compensation: This is an exempt position with a salary range of $75000 $85000 annually.
Comprehensive benefits suite includes (but not limited to):
SFP covers 90% of employees medical premiums and 80% of dependents
$50 stipend per paycheck if medical insurance is not elected
Monthly internet reimbursement of up to $50
Paid Time off includes:
20 days of vacation accrued annually
10 sick days annually
11 office closures for holidays
the last week of December (scheduled but not guaranteed)
6week paid leave of absence for qualified situations
Sabbatical leave policy in which employees receive a 6week paid sabbatical leave after 7 years of employment
401k with a company match of up to 4%
Company purchased/owned laptop and equipment of your choice (within specifications)
