Position: Project Coordinator

Salary Range: $1200 $2000 USD (based on experience)

Location: Fully remote Only for LATAM

Working Hours: 95 EST

Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Scope of the Role

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our projects requiring excellent organizational skills strong communication abilities and a knack for negotiation. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating construction projects and be adept at handling documentation communication with building management and utilizing various software tools.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Set up detailed construction project plans defining project scope milestones and timelines.
  • Analyze potential risks and opportunities within construction projects devising strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  • Monitor the progress of construction projects addressing any issues that arise promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and progress updates.
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from requirements definition to postimplementation support ensuring all phases are completed efficiently.
  • Actively manage project scope and budget ensuring projects are delivered within financial and time constraints.
  • Monitor and report the status and progress of projects to management ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure project delivery meets all customer expectations delivering highquality results on time and within budget.
  • Help manage multiple construction projects from conception to completion anticipating challenges and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Provide project status reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing data and trends to inform decisionmaking.
  • Negotiate with building managers and other stakeholders to secure necessary permissions coordinate project details and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry handling multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
  • Great attention to detail ensures all project aspects are meticulously tracked and managed.
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage documentation schedules and project resources.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Requires minimal supervision demonstrating the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Understanding and knowledge of CRM systems particularly custom CRMs used in construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working remotely with a global team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with building management.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and basic software applications relevant to project coordination.
