Job Title: Finance Director

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to join our organization and oversee our financial planning operations and strategy. The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in guiding financial decisions ensuring financial health and driving growth through effective financial management practices. This leadership position requires strong analytical skills strategic thinking and a deep understanding of financial operations and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies plans and policies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting forecasting financial reporting cash flow management and risk management.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities providing insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts analyzing variances and identifying areas for improvement or cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and internal controls maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
• Manage relationships with external auditors tax advisors and financial institutions to support audit processes tax compliance and financing activities.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to department heads and senior management on financial decisions investments and resource allocation.
• Conduct financial modeling scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess financial impacts and inform strategic planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports dashboards and presentations to the board of directors executive team and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture within the finance department.

Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (Masters degree CPA CFA or MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Director CFO or senior finance role with a minimum of 810 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles practices and regulations with expertise in financial planning analysis and reporting.
• Experience in strategic financial management including budgeting forecasting and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint).
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
