الوصف الوظيفي
Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Sacramento CA
Duration: Long term
Mandatory Qualification:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
- A minimum of three (3) years of gathering requirements and defining use cases for IT projects utilizing Agile methodology.
- A minimum of (2) years acting as a product owner or analyst constructing maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs.
- Possession of a bachelors degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a yearforyear basis.
Desirable qualification:
- Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) Key Staff have experience expertise and/or certification in the following areas within the last ten (10) years:
- A valid Scrum Certified Product Owner Certification from Scrum.org or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance. This certification must be current and valid at the time of Offer submission due date.
- A valid business analysts certification through an accredited entity such as the International Institute of Business Analysis or the Project Management Institute. This certification must be current and valid at the time of Offer submission due date.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience working as part of an Agile team.
