Overview

The Presales Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by leading the initial engagement with potential clients understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This position is essential in driving the sales process as the Presales Executive works closely with the sales and product teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets
  • Preparing and delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
  • Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to propose suitable solutions
  • Managing and responding to productrelated queries and technical objections
  • Developing strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business goals
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals RFPs and RFIs
  • Providing input on pricing and contract negotiations
  • Conducting competitive analysis and positioning to differentiate solutions
  • Attending industry events and conferences to represent the organization
  • Collaborating with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging
  • Supporting the sales team in building strong customer relationships
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of presales processes and documentation
  • Participating in product training to stay updated on features and capabilities
  • Tracking and reporting on presales activities and outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a presales or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of technical aspects of the product and its positioning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in conducting competitive analysis and positioning
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
