About the Role

Are you passionate about helping others and fluent in Italian Do you enjoy solving problems and providing exceptional customer service If so we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Italian Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic team in Bucharest. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our Italianspeaking customers helping them with their inquiries and providing solutions to their issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer queries via phone email and chat in Italian.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide timely and accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Documentation: Log all customer interactions and issues in our system ensuring accurate and detailed records.
  • Feedback: Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian and good communication skills in English.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
