Our client Hallab a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and highquality confectionery products is seeking an experienced Branch Supervisor to oversee their operations at their location in Sin El Fil Lebanon.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of sales agents cashiers and other branch staff

Ensure efficient and compliant daily branch operations

Monitor and optimize branch performance to meet sales customer service and financial targets

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the branch team

Mentor and provide training to improve the skills and productivity of branch employees

Prepare and present regular performance reports to regional and head office management

Identify and address any operational or customer service issues promptly

Collaborate with other departmental managers to align on strategic initiatives

Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activities and market changes

Ensure adherence to all company policies procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field

Proven experience in a branch or retail management role preferably in the food and beverage industry

Proven track record of achieving sales and financial targets

Strong leadership team management and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service abilities

Proficient in using data analysis tools and business management software
