Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans ensuring all aspects are covered.
- Contract Administration: Effectively manage contracts to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
- Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of projects ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues promptly to maintain progress.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Budget and Schedule Control: Manage changes budgets and schedules to ensure projects stay on track.
- Project Estimation: Prepare accurate project estimates to inform budgeting and planning.
- Coordination: Collaborate with subtrades and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Business Development: Contribute to business growth through effective project management and client relations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Knowledge of the Canadian Building Code.
- Experience with interior fitups retail and restaurant projects.
- Excellent time management and computer skills.
- Creative problemsolving abilities and adaptability to new concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
