Job Title: Manager Air Export Pricing and Operations.

KRA:

• Should be wellversed with pricing knowledge
• Strong skills with followup good rapport with customer leads and carting work.
• Wellversed with the entire procedure of air freight work.
• Negotiating rates with airlines and collaborating with sales teams.
• Ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Verify and manage all necessary export documentation accurately to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders including warehouse staff ground handling personnel and customs officials to coordinate carting activities effectively.
• Adhere to international trade regulations and airline procedures to avoid delays or issues during the export process
• Coordinate carting activities to meet flight schedules and ensure that shipments are loaded onto the aircraft promptly.
• Organize reliable and timely transportation of cargo from the shippers location to the airport ensuring a smooth transition from ground to air transport.
• Coordinate the efficient loading and unloading of cargo onto/from aircraft optimizing the use of space and minimizing handling time.
• Regularly review and improve export processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods.

Experienced Required:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Need to have at least 8 years of experience in a freight forwarding company.
• Good Repo with Airlines.

• Quick and effective problemsolving skills to address issues
• Customeroriented mindset to understand and meet client expectations ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Sound decisionmaking skills especially in highpressure situations to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

• Accuracy in documentation is crucial. Pay close attention to details to avoid errors in shipping documents
• Negotiate effectively with carriers and service providers to secure favourable terms & pricing
