Company Description
Kaizen Plus is a software house specialized on building & implementing custom applications for Oil & Gas industry, on different areas like Site Operations, Administrations, GIS, HSE, Integrations with SAP & other third-party applications and IoT (Internet of Things)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Kaizen Plus in Amman. The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee relations, developing job descriptions, and overseeing all aspects of human resources management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR management, policies, and practices
- Experience handling employee relations and resolving issues
- Ability to develop comprehensive job descriptions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Previous experience in the IT Industry is required
