Server Administrator

VAM Systems is a Business Consulting IT Solutions and Services company.

VAM Systems is currently looking for Server Administration for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Roles

Should have at least 2 years of experience in the same fields handling network infrastructure as an outsourced
Managing Microsoft 365 Services (including exchange OneDrive SharePoint Intune MDM).
Managing AWS Cloud Services.
Managing VMware ESXI/Sphere Servers.
Managing Microsoft HyperV cluster including windows servers.
Managing Servers (Active directory Exchange File Server iis (link removed))
Managing AntiMalware system.
Managing Backup system.
Maintaining systems and devices efficiency.
Managing systems and infrastructure components onpremises and cloud.
Ensuring design of system allows all components to work properly together.
Provide and design a solution to improve the work inside the organization.
Perform system monitoring verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware server resources systems and key processes.
Administration support and configuration of Microsoft 365 services and AWS services.
reviewing systems and applications logs onpremises and cloud.
verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups and monitoring tasks.
Deploy and design virtual environment and server network on Windows Server and VMware.
Managing all hosted systems on AWS.
Ensures that all solutions follow security compliance controls.
Implementation of high availability to different system especially on windows server cluster.
Design and plan for upgrade & maintain all existing system.
Managing devices through Microsoft system center.
Design & Plan for any emergency cases.
Implementing any required security policies on Active directory.
Contribute with all departments to provide an IT solution for their needs.
Contributing with client teams (Support Network Cyper Defence ekey Cert (link removed)).
Reporting to the IT Manager about status of all existing IT services.
Verifying all systems and devices health status.
Following up with vendors to provide a better IT Solutions.
Provide a backup plan during any migration or maintenance tasks.
Following up to any reported issue to the IT and provide a suitable solution.

Operations and Support

Performing regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions or suspicious activity.
Patching and upgrade operating systems and installed applications
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
Servers troubleshooting and configuration.
Troubleshoot investigates technical issues and implementing solutions.
Maintaining or repairing equipment.
Providing an IT Guide to use exiting services.

Qualification:

A Bachelors degree in computer science network technology software engineering information security or equivalent a related field.
Certification in Server administration may be advantageous Such as MCSE or any equivalent
Proven work experience as a network administrator or technician.
Strong working knowledge of access administration application server archival and configuration management software.
Excellent technical and nontechnical communication skills.
The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good reasoning and decisionmaking skills.
The ability to work under pressure.
Strong problemsolving analytical and time management skills

Training users / provide handson support.

Have a good Arabic/English language both spoken and written.
Ability to write training manuals.
Ability to produce screen recording training (video).
Address users need using phone/email/MS. Teams/in person/remotely.

Joining time frame: (15 30 days)

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain.
