Operations Supervisor

• Maintains a complete workforce by sourcing selecting and training newly hired employees
• Monitor attendance and activity implementation and conduct performance evaluation.
• Check and accomplish weekly reports market situations and other client requirements
• Attends to clients coordination meetings
• Cascade instructions and directions of the company/client.
• Attends to inquiries and request regarding salaries deductions benefits and other issues and concerns
• Should be on top of the operations and situations
