Data Architect

Location: Onsite is required at least 3x/week in Corvallis OR.

Must Haves:

• Need someone that is a very experienced Data Architect (10 years) that can help define a data strategy for an organization.
• Need to understand and guide how to catalog and utilize data along with data visualization.

Platform Design: The architect should understand modern data platform architectures encompassing cloudnative solutions. The architect should be proficient in designing scalable reliable and costeffective data platforms leveraging AWS services or other cloud providers.

Data Modeling: The architect should be proficient in data modeling to design efficient data schemas that support the organization s analytical and operational needs while adhering to best practices for performance and scalability. Data Integration: The architect should have expertise in integrating data from disparate sources and be familiar with various ETL/ELT tools and techniques as well as realtime data integration methods to ensure timely and accurate data processing.

Data Quality Management: The architect should have experience implementing data quality frameworks and processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data. This includes data profiling cleansing deduplication and monitoring.

Data Governance: The architect should understand data governance principles and practices to ensure data is treated as an asset and governed effectively throughout its lifecycle.

Cloud Computing: The architect should understand cloud computing concepts and have professional experience with cloud platforms like AWS. The architect should be familiar with cloud services relevant to data management such as S3 Redshift Glue Athena and others. Programming and Scripting: The architect should be proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL for implementing processing logic automation and scripting tasks.

Required Skills : Communication and Stakeholder Management: The architect should possess strong communication skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams understanding business requirements and effectively communicating technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. ProblemSolving and Analytical Thinking: The architect should have the ability to analyze complex datarelated problems identify root causes and propose innovative solutions.
