WORK MODEL

• Fulltime.
• For people living out of Limassol hybrid option. EU passport holders or the ones with sorted out residency. No visa sponsorship available.
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Graduated with a College degree.
• Excellent command of the English and Arabic (Farsi) languages both verbal and written
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Manage the daytoday administrative needs of clients to ensure timely execution of transactions and to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage and implement the administration processes associated with ensuring the timely execution of submitted transactions.
• Manage clients valuation process overdue accounts and liaise with the management.
• Handling and processing of new account documentation in accordance with the AntiMoney Laundering policies and regulations.
• Checking and approving documents received by Clients.
• Respond to client requests promptly and effectively to resolve related matters.
• Resolving clients request in coordination with various departments.
