Responsibilities

• Review/draft third party vendor Work Orders and Change Orders in accordance with the GBO vendor contracting guidelines.
• Work closely with project finance procurement and legal teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of thirdparty vendor contracts. Ensure the scope of work is defined correctly and budgets reflect the scope.
• Liaise with manager and other senior attorneys in LCN in the negotiation of legal contracting text ( in particular regarding Sponsor flowdowns).
• Oversee finalization and signatures/distribution of thirdparty vendor Work Orders and Change Orders.
• Update and maintain contract databases and files.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of CRO Industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers managers and customers.
• Must possess and demonstrate high integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Minimum Required Education And Experience

• Degree in Life Science Business Management Law or related field and a minimum of 1 years direct experience in contracts or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
• Physical Requirements
• Extensive use of telephone and facetoface communication requiring accurate perception of speech.
• Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.
• Regular sitting for extended periods of time.
• Occasional travel.
