Locations and Shifts

Butner NC Developmental Disabilities

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM

Butner NC Comprehensive Mental Health Services

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (20 Positions)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (13 Positions)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM (30 Positions)

Black Mountain NC Rehabilitation and Substance Abuse Recovery

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM

Wilson NC Complex Medical and Neurological Conditions

• 2nd Shift: 8hour shifts (1 Position)
• 3rd Shift: 8hour shifts (1 Position)

Goldsboro NC Psychiatric and Acute Mental Health

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (2 Positions)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (9 Positions)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM (4 Positions)

Greenville NC Rehabilitation Substance Use Disorders Mental Health Issues

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM (5 Positions)
• 3rd Shift: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM (3 Positions)

Job Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assess observe and communicate with patients to provide comprehensive care.
• Documentation: Record details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health.
• Preparation: Prepare patients for exams and treatments.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments monitor patients for side effects and reactions.
• Care Planning: Create implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
• Wound Care: Perform wound care including cleaning and bandaging.
• Assistance: Assist in medical procedures as necessary.
• Equipment Management: Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Sample Collection: Draw blood urine samples and other body fluids for lab analysis.
• Education: Educate patients and family members on treatment and care plans and answer their questions.
• Supervision: Supervise licensed practical and vocational nurses nursing assistants and nursing students.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills in relevant specialty areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Duration

• 16 weeks with potential for extension based on performance and facility needs.
