Core responsibilities
To assist customer walking into the center and channelize the inflow through the team to ensure due attention is paid to each customer.
Supervise the work being carried out by the subordinates and ensure they have the necessary information and ability to solve problems or direct customers appropriately
Keep vigilance on the upkeep of the centers and all the facilities like the workstations rehab zone testing/ equipment rooms
Maximize the footfalls at the center and work with constant focus on sales performance and drive profitability of the center
Ensuring the compliance of the SOPs on cash and other practices
Timely forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operation of the center
Keep close eye on the misuse/ wastage of resources and ensure control measures
Hold periodic reviews with subordinates to provide necessary work and behavior related feedback
Work towards building their capabilities through learning/ coaching interventions with the help of central team

Technical

Analyze reports and choose the appropriate course of action as per protocol
