Andaz Doha is about creating a vibrant luxury lifestyle hotel experience woven into the fabric of the local culture, fueling our guests creativity and inspiring them to express their unique style and passions.Duties and responsibilities related to the Food & Beverage Manager role:• Overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars and room service • In collaboration with the Director of Operations, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business by delivering excellent service, achieved through effective trainings and development of the team • Be creative and think outside the box, experimenting with new ways of developing and improving the department • Be passionate about F&B, being present with your team and share your knowledge with them • Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth • Hire and retain new team members, embracing recruitment and trying new ways of attracting top talent Qualification:• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. • Minimum 2 years work experience as Senior Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant Manager in larger operation. • Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
