Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant at Taj Alsafa Real Estate Development, you will play a pivotal role in our sales operations, focusing on selling residential and commercial properties. You will be instrumental in driving sales success, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Present, promote and sell properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the real estate market.
• Passionate in sales profession.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and sales-closing skills.
• Goal-oriented, and dynamic to achieve the sales target and closing business deals.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills- Arabic and English an added advantage.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience of at least three years as a sales consultant in real estate development or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
