Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing Swift messages accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of Swift messages and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with international banking regulations and internal policies
- Communicate effectively with correspondent banks and financial institutions to resolve any issues or discrepancies in Swift messages
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of any Swift message-related inquiries or problems
- Maintain accurate records of Swift message transactions and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the processing of Swift messages and ensure smooth workflow
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to Swift messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Prior experience in Swift messaging and international banking operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Swift messaging protocols and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Swift message processing
- Proficient in using banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
