• Experience of working with Central / State Governments for externally aided projects
• Field experience / practical knowledge in sectors of early childhood education in India and the challenges and opportunities in the sector
• Prior experience of handling a team of data / research analysts
• Willingness to travel to the field for project execution and management
• Working knowledge of Stata / R

• Experience in conducting research studies such as need assessments gap studies baseline/ endline surveys market research policy reviews and impact evaluations.
• Lead the research and M&E team in developing reports presentations and other communication materials (including research drafting editing data analysis and presentation)
• Coordinating API linkages between Survey CTO and Power BI for seamless data integration
• Ensuring optimal performance of technological tools like Google Forms through proactive management
• Streamlining the connection between Survey CTO and Power BI for efficient data visualization
• Troubleshooting any technical issues that arise to maintain a seamless workflow
• Experience in contemporary methodologies and practices with handson experience in writing and publications
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis with primary and secondary data.
• Furnishing weekly updates and monthly reports.
