Role: Citrix (NetScaler) /VDI Engineer

Location: Dearborn MI Tampa FL Remote

Fulltime Hire

Required Technical Skill Set : Citrix NetScaler Citrix ADC Citrix VDI License servers WMS PVS

MustHave :

1. Experienced in Monitoring Citrix Infrastructure and VDI

1. Experienced in maintaining and managing Citrix applications.

2. Have worked on Monitoring Responding to Alerts/events and performing daily health check for NetScaler.

3. Managing Policies through NetScaler & managing of 2FA User Profiles Policies through Citrix NetScaler.

4. Logical provisioning and decommissioning of VDI desktops.

5. Manage Citrix users access management via Citrix Director.

6. Citrix Administration Creation/Modification of Policies

7. Modifications to the existed applications Server based on business requirements.

8. Citrix certificate is added advantage.

GoodtoHave:

1. Perform Citrix licenses and printing administration.

2. Administer and support Citrix SecureMail Secure Hub applications.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:

1. Work on incidents tasks and requests for the issues related to Citrix Infrastructure.

2. Monitor Citrix Infrastructure and VDI.

3. Responsible for maintaining and managing Citrix applications.

4. Monitoring Responding to Alerts/events and performing daily health check for NetScaler.

5. Managing Policies through NetScaler.

6. Managing of 2FA User Profiles Policies through Citrix NetScaler.

7. Necessary support for NetScaler level issue.

8. Administer and support Citrix SecureMail Secure Hub applications.

9. Resolve system generated alerts and manage stability of the VDI platform. Take proactive approach to maintain stability and take necessary actions. This includes (but not limited to) actions such as early morning health checks synthetic tests alert fine tuning selfheal etc.).

10. Logical provisioning and decommissioning of VDI desktops.

11. Manage Citrix users access management via Citrix Director.

12. Citrix Administration Creation/Modification of Policies

13. Modifications to the existed applications Server based on business requirements.
