Position: Guest Experience Manager (LatAm)
Working Schedule: Monday Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
Salary Range: $USD/month
Type of contract: Independent contractor

About the Company
Our client is a highend shortterm rental company that owns or manages luxury homes and glamping sites. They have over $150 million in properties and are growing quickly. Their homes are featured in many famous publications and they provide hotellike service to their guests. The company is looking to expand to new locations in the United States.

Scope of the role
As the Guest Experience Manager you will be at the heart of our operations ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. You'll lead a dynamic team resolve guest issues with finesse and continuously strive to enhance our service standards. Your expertise in the vacation rental or Airbnb industry will be invaluable as you drive our guest experience strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate our guest experience team to deliver exceptional service every day.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor team members in customer service best practices.
  • Develop and enforce guest service policies and procedures.
  • Work with marketing and management on outreach and promotional initiatives.
  • Handle data entry tasks related to guest experiences and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in the USbased Airbnb or vacation rental industry.
  • Proven experience managing offshore teams.
  • Strong background in hospitality and guest relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and issues efficiently and gracefully.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred.
