LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES Position: Guest Experience Manager (PH)
Work Hours: MF 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Phil time
Pay Range: $2500 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate our guest experience team to deliver exceptional service every day.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members in customer service best practices.
- Develop and enforce guest service policies and procedures.
- Work with marketing and management on outreach and promotional initiatives.
- Handle data entry tasks related to guest experiences and feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the USbased Airbnb or vacation rental industry.
- Proven experience managing offshore teams.
- Strong background in hospitality and guest relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and issues efficiently and gracefully.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred.
