Technical Project Lead

Skills required:

5 years experience in this Lead role 10 years overall specialized Senior IT experience
Experience in leading a IAM solution implementation (eg. One Identity Ping Identity ForgeRock etc.) is mandatory
Support maintenance of IAM information assets across the organization including documentation catalogues and risk assessments
Experience in SDLC from Project Inception to Maintenance Project Phases (requirements architectural and functional design planning development testing release support)
Good understanding of handling Business/Change stakeholders from Technical side: influencing skills collaboration skills negotiation skills being able to discuss on high level attentive to Business/Tech relationship challenges and stakes.
Experience in Leadership and Team/Project Lead especially building relationships and in the same time remaining firm and in control with the Central Strategy of the Project.
Experience with both InternalCustomer and ExternalSupplier mindset
Experience of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval provisioning recertification Joiner/Movers/Leavers)
Experience in process tuning automation and reengineering
Selfdriven selfresponsible proactive and diplomatic push when necessary

Nice To Have:

2 years experience in Corporate Banking/Financial industries
Multiprojects integrated Programs
Migrating projects from ASIS into TOBE
AIM/PAM concepts and processes
Cloud/GCP concepts and setups
ServiceNow JIRAALM knowledge

Responsibilities:
