AlShiaka has a strong presence in the market and a reputation for excellence we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. As we continue to grow we are looking for a Sales Business Manager to join our team and drive our sales strategies forward.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Close coordination with main management:

Work with the Product Development Department to determine the most appropriate products for the regions market.

Coordination with the Supply Department to develop demand forecasts and follow up on stock availability in appropriate quantities.

Cooperating with the exhibitions department to ensure that the companys identity is applied and the products are displayed uniformly.

Work with the wholesale department to ensure delivery of agreed services with major customers.

Work with the marketing department to adapt the general marketing plan to suit the needs of the region.

2. Managing business operations in the region:

Close monitoring of the performance of exhibitions and sales in the region.

Identifying vital locations for opening new showrooms and closing unprofitable showrooms.

Building strong relationships with major customers and distributors in the wholesale department and ensuring that sales and collection goals are achieved.

Building strong relationships with real estate owners to obtain the best locations for exhibitions.

3. Leadership and management:

Develop operational and strategic plans for the region in line with the companys objectives.

Manage and direct the sales marketing and logistics team in the region.

Analyzing data and preparing periodic reports to measure performance and identify opportunities and challenges.

Ensuring the achievement of the regions financial and operational goals.

4. Representation and relationships:

Representing the company in events and meetings with partners suppliers and government agencies.

Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers especially in the areas of wholesale and export and external agents.

Required skills and competencies:

Strong experience in sales and marketing management in the fashion and clothing sector.

Advanced knowledge of commercial and retail operations including inventory management distribution and shipping.

Effective leadership and management skills to guide and motivate the team.

Ability to perform financial analysis budget preparation and strategic planning.

Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Familiarity with digital technologies and ecommerce in the fashion sector.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Must be proficient in Arabic and English
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
