New Business Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Mortgage New Business Coordinator you ll be instrumental in initiating firstclass customer service to our new customers.

As an enthusiastic experienced New Business Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for the clients customers.

My client an awardwinning industryleading nextgeneration Brokerage are privately owned with innovative FinTech. They leverage technology to change the Mortgage Industry for the better.

As the one of the largest Second Charge Mortgage brokers in the UK they also specialise in First Charge Mortgages Insurance and Bridging and Commercial Loans.

Requirements

Proven experience in telephone outbound sales able to handle objections and build rapport with customers.

Process driven whilst maintaining high compliance standards.

Desirable

Current or recent experience in a regulated finance company.

Experience in broking/lending in the mortgage market.

Experience in customer service within a lender / brokerage within the industry.

Exceptional IT skills including the use of the full Microsoft package.

Experience using bespoke CRM software
