What You'll Do:
- Drive accountability and awareness solve problems remove roadblocks and proactively mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Provide project leadership for mixedsignal audio products working with multifunctional silicon development teams to meet internal and customer commitments.
- Lead endtoend project planning and meticulous execution management to improve project execution certainty.
- Represent the engineering team in communicating with internal and external partners fostering transparency and alignment.
- Develop and deploy standard methodologies to enhance program performance efficiency and produce repeatable results.
- Champion lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and prevent known issues.
Your Expertise:
- BS in EE with 10 years MS with 8 years or PhD with 6 years of technical project leadership experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Thorough understanding of silicon development processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multifunctional teams.
- Basic knowledge of analog and digital design flows.
- Solid program management fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project/program management tools like MS Project.
- Experience with product development cycles from concept to production.
