Customer Service Part Time Position Weare looking for someone who wants to work from home and provide anexcellent customer service experience to our growing list ofclients. Some of the basic duties we are looking for in someone arerouting incoming calls to appropriate mailboxes, answering andproperly screening telephone calls and preparing outgoing email andcorrespondence. We offer a challenging but fun work environment andprovide all necessary equipment and training to operate in a remoteoffice. Someof the Key Responsibilities • Communicate with clients and others in a sensitive and professionalmanner. • Answering incoming phonecalls and emails from customers, usually discussing how our programworks and answering anyquestions. • Help build apositive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting teameffectiveness. Skills& Experience: • High School Diploma with Accounting 12 or Math 12preferred. • Strong oral andwritten communication skills.
