Job Title: Digital Content Editor

Location: Remote (CST)

rate : 60/hr.

Responsibilities

Collaboration with team responsible for editing and providing updates to web pages using one or more content management systems.

Removal of deprecated pages as directed.

Addition of provided content and PDFs to web pages.

Collaboration with team to QA newly created and edited web pages.

Proven work experience as a Content Editor Web Editor or similar role.

Review and edit written content for web pages including articles blog posts marketing materials etc.

Ensure that written content adheres to style guides brand guidelines and industry standards.

Collaborate with writers designers and other team members to post compelling and engaging content.

Conduct research and factchecking as needed to verify the accuracy of information presented in written materials. Required skills

Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar spelling and punctuation.

Familiarity with content management systems.

Ability to work independently and with a team managing multiple competing priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality control.

Adept at managing projects from start to finish adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Required qualifications

35 years of experience in content editing copywriting or similar role.

Handson experience with content management systems Adobe or Sitecore (an advantage) or other relevant CMS programs.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong portfolio displaying writing and editing skills in a variety of formats and styles.

Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

Attention to detail.

College Degree in English Marketing or Design
