We are recruiting fora new Operations Teammember for aSolihullbased client. They are looking for someonewith strongadministrationandcustomerserviceskills, who is happy to jump in tohelp otherteammembers and enjoys abusy andvariedworkingweek. On offer is a salary of up to22,000 a year. As the newAdministrator within the Operations Team, you willbe: • Checkingand processing neworders. • Liaisingwith customers to ensure projects are scheduled to meet theconfirmed installationdates. • Bookingaccommodation for when the installation teams need to stay awayincluding checking with accounts to confirm their overnight paidallowance. • Sourcingwhat is needed for each installation, this could be tools orspecificmaterial. • Maintainingand building good working relationships with all customers toensure a personalised installation deliveryservice. • Ensuringall the relevant detail is saved in the online job packs (includingplans and pre-startnotes). • Enteringnotes into the relevant schedules and jobpacks. • Speakingto customers, suppliers and installation teamsdaily.
