HireNow Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse/Critical Care RN to join our client in Watertown WI. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills a passion for patient care and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced highacuity environment.

Salary: $72800.00 $95000.00

Bonus: $15000 LUMP SUM Signon Bonus paid out within 30 days of start!

Shift Options:

• FullTime Nights 36 hours per week equivalent to .9 FTE
• FullTime Nights on weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide highquality patientcentered care in the Intensive Care Unit monitoring and assessing critically ill patients.
• Clinical Skills: Perform complex assessments administer medications and manage advanced medical equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians specialists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Support: Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families helping them understand their conditions and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
• Licensure: Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure/Compact RN.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification required; CCRN certification preferred.
• CMSRN certification within 2 years of hire.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and interpersonal skills.
