Key responsibilities
- Administering anaesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitoring patient vital signs during anaesthesia
- Developing and implementing anaesthesia care plans
- Providing preanesthetic evaluations and postanesthesia followup care
- Responding to emergency situations and managing anaesthesiarelated complications
- Collaborating with surgeons nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Supervising and mentoring anaesthesia staff and trainees
- Participating in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Utilizing critical thinking and sound decisionmaking in anaesthesia management
- Adhering to professional and ethical standards in anaesthesia practice
Required qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) in Anaesthesia
- Board certification in Anaesthesiology
- Licensure to practice as an anaesthesiologist in Jaipur
- Proven experience as an Anaesthesia Consultant
- Expertise in administering various types of anaesthesia for different surgical procedures
- Proficiency in monitoring and managing patient vital signs during anaesthesia
- Strong understanding of anaesthesia care protocols and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
