What you will do

• Organize breakfast and fika on selected days
• Order groceries and office supplies as well as lunch for select meetings
• Ensure the general tidiness of the lunch area
• Assist with picking up visitors from the lobby handling mail etc.
• Provide key card admin support
• Assist with internal events
• Perform other office management related tasks

• Parttime position

We are looking for someone with

• Preferably some experience in similar or comparable tasks
• A positive attitude and proactive approach to work
• The ability to drive and manage smaller projects independently
