Data Analyst

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
  
• Develop and generate reports to support business decisions and strategies.
  
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  
• Develop and implement credit scoring models to assess and predict credit risk.
  
• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of credit scoring models.
  
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of credit scoring models.
  
• Apply machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models and enhance datadriven decisionmaking.
  
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems and processes.
  
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply relevant techniques to business challenges.
  
• Ensure data integrity accuracy and security.
  
• Implement data quality control measures and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and availability.
  
• Work closely with credit risk management and other teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  
• Participate in crossfunctional projects and contribute to datadriven decisionmaking.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and tools.
  
• Implement best practices for data analysis AI and machine learning.
  
• Provide training and support to team members on data analysis techniques and tools
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Finance or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
  
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Python R SQL).
  
• Experience with AI and machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow ScikitLearn).
  
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing credit scoring models.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
