Job Title: LMS Administrator (Brightspace)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the Brightspace LMS platform ensuring smooth operation and user support.
• Configure and customize Brightspace to meet specific organizational needs and educational goals.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with faculty staff and IT teams to support the integration of educational technologies.
• Provide training and technical support to users on Brightspace functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with Brightspace features upgrades and trends to enhance user experience and system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an LMS Administrator preferably with expertise in Brightspace.
• Strong technical proficiency with LMS platforms and their administration.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support users effectively.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
