• This is a fullme onsite role for a Senior Lead Soware Engineer at Marchmind Technologies (OPC) Private Limited in Bengaluru.
  
• The Senior Lead Soware Engineer will be responsible for performing daytoday tasks related to computer science backend web development soware development programming and objectoriented programming (OOP).
  

Requirements

• Design develop and maintain highquality scalable and efficient backend systems and services
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  
• Write clean modular and welldocumented code using best practices
  
• Participate in code reviews pair programming and knowledgesharing sessions to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
  
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks bugs and other issues in the codebase
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends technologies and best practices in the software development industry
  
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and learningoriented environment
  
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the organization
  
• Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployments
  
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of software components
