Our client is a fastgrowing German startup that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a handson Sales Development Representative to find new business opportunities and book meetings with potential clients for the Account Executives to close.

Tasks

  • Run outreach campaigns and generate leads through different tools and resources using email phone and social media
  • Qualifying new leads over a phone call making sure that the BANT requirements are met
  • Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the companys platform provides booking demos for the Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in their CRM (HubSpot)
  • Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements

  • Full professional level of English. Any other European language
  • 1 year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting) ideally within pharma industry but not a must
  • Previous experience with the following markets is nice to have: UK US Benelux Nordics
  • You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile. You are goaloriented!
  • You have great communication and presentation skills and really thrive in a clientfacing role
  • You have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset eager to take ownership and make a real impact

  • Step 2: Interview with an Account executive involving a roleplay

  • Step 3: Interview with the Head of Sales involving a deeper dive roleplay

  • Step 4: Final call with the Chief Revenue Officer or VP of Sales to assess cultural fit
