Role Overview:

Our team is growing and seeking a Sales and Partnership Lead to join us. This is a fullcycle sales role responsible for driving growth through new business development and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services and Edtech software sales across financial services large corporations and startup sectors. This role is open to applications from UK & Nigeria.

Who are you working with

Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding international team where we collaborate with the Sales & Partnerships team and report to the CEO. There will be opportunities to grow your team. This role offers boundless opportunities to learn from contribute to and enjoy the journey with exceptionally talented colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels.
  • Qualifying Leads: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profiles.
  • Sales Methodologies: Apply effective sales methodologies for discovery and pipeline management.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline at least 4 times the sales target ensuring timely followups and consistent progress towards closing deals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify various buying influences (Economic Technical User and Coach) for each deal. Uncover their rational and emotional impact and propose tailored solutions for their needs and concerns.
  • Closing Deals: Present negotiate and close sales agreements effectively.
  • CRM and Data Utilisation: Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fullcycle professional services and software sales role. Preferably to midmarket and enterprise customers in the UK.
  • Strong understanding of sales and partnership strategies.
  • Familiarity with tech stacks and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in or with Edtech companies is a plus.
